Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture items.
